INSTANT AND POETIC

I met Alejandro walking. I walked as he was a point
exclamation among the trees in the Parque do Flamengo. An exclamation point
contemplative amid the monotony of the locals. A silent observer
cycle days. And mainly, on the seafront, between species and a sailor
subspecies of plants and animals urban retractable.

They say that poetry is a method of understanding the world. In this case, the photograph
also is. The photograph of Alejandro gravitates to those paths. The poetry of
Alejandro is in producing steady, exclusive, quiet and apprehensive of
real world. Not just a photo or an exercise in technique. The technique can
to be part of the creative process of Alexander, but in an indirect way and little
determinant. What prevails is the simple detail, the crudeness of color, movement
subliminal, the insurgency in a pool of beautiful profane.

The surprising images from Alejandro is the first aesthetic impression.
